Design and fabrication of a corner fixture securing schedule 40 pipe with a single bolt (E400, CalArts).

I evaluated welded rectangular-tube and angle-iron approaches before selecting a two-V-block solution. I then built a drilling jig to locate holes precisely at the corner of the box tube, achieving repeatable accuracy without a milling machine. Delivered on schedule.
